As information on how electronic components support radiation is very rare, here I provide data which would be very useful for me as well.
Below is a list of components which I have used in my larger projects, where significant part of the electronics had to be put close to the beam pipe and therefore exposed to an important radiation.
The doses provided, if not otherwise stated, have not had a significant influence on the part functionality.
The doses in most cases are based on rough estimates and therefore should be used as an indication only.

Publication of my part list has been encouraged by Tullio, who on his site publishes a lot of very valuable information, including a literature list.

PLEASE NOTE:	1. This data is provided only as an INDICATION of radiation sensitivity of components I used in some of my projects.
In most cases the data is based on ROUGH ESTIMATES.
		2. A component from a different manufacturer or batch, operated in different conditions may tolerate radiation differently.
		3. If not stated otherwise, the integrated doses indicated below did not have significant influence on part functionality.
